Payment methods


PAYMENT VIA DEBID OR CREDIT CARD

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. All transactions on this website are processed through Pireaus Bank ePOS Paycenter system, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Your order is shipped to the address (for Greece only) you select at registration and it is paid by the delivery. The parcel must be received if the package is not damaged or opened. Delivery costs are 2 €.

BANK DEPOSIT

If you choose the bank deposit, you will need to deposit the total amount into the account below. Your order will be processed, as soon as we receive confirmation of your deposit. In case you have another bank, the transaction costs charge the customer.

GREECE

FOR ORDERS OVER 60 € FREE SHIPPING

Shipping within Greece: shipping cost is € 4.50 incl. VAT for orders up to 2Kg. For heavy orders, the cost increases to 1,20€ for each additional Kg. Our collaborated courier companies are ACS, FEDEX & taxidema which have the largest distribution network in Greece.

Charge by weight, please contact us at +30 24310 79350 in store hours or at info@melicera.com.Ability to ship with any other way the customer wishes, with his own responsibility for the final order delivery status.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER FROM THE SHOP

When completing your order, you can choose to receive your order from our shop meliCERA Ippokratous 24, 42131 Trikala. In this case, the products you ordered will be reserved for you for 5 business days. You can arrive at any time within business hours,to receive your order. Upon expiry of the above period, your order will be canceled after telephone notice.

 

Return policy


Unfortunately NO returns are accepted, because it is getting on food. However, if your order is found to be damaged, please contact us. Also, remember that we carefully pack your order before shipping, using paper and plastic. We kindly recommend you to RECYCLE them, as well as the jars after eating the honey.
